The Digital Music Weblog: Weedshare Joins eBay Music StoresWeedshare, an authorized download site for indie music which encourages file-sharing of its tracks, has become the latest of eBay’s pilot music stores. Technically still in beta, the Weeshare store is open and located here. Weedshare has been called “The future of the music industry,” and operates like a MLM company for digital files. If someone with whom you shared a track purchases that track, you receive a commission, and the “downline” can extend three generations.
